  1. Changes to OzTeX 1.41

  4. A few problems have been fixed.
  5.  
  6. • \special images will now be previewed at the correct size on monitors
  7.   with resolutions other than 72dpi (a scaling bug caused the bitmaps
  8.   to appear too small).  The printed images will also be the correct size.
  9.  
  10. • The total size of the application stack is guaranteed to be >= 16,000 bytes.
  11.   This should avoid any possibility of a stack overflow bomb on older Macs.

  13. • The minimum application memory has been bumped up from 870K to 880K.
  14.  
  15. • The "About Box" now displays the following statistics:
  16.   - the available amount of stack space (the initial value should never change).
  17.   - the available amount of heap memory.
  18.   - the largest contiguous amount of heap memory.
  19.   All numbers are in bytes.

  21. • The latest versions of BoxedEPS.* have been included.

  23. • If the BoundingBox comment in an EPSF file is followed by real numbers then
  24.   OzTeX silently truncates them.
  25.  
  26. • OzTeX tolerates small differences in the size of an EPSF file's BoundingBox
  27.   and its corresponding PICT.

  29. • A small change has been made to try and avoid a problem finding OzTeX's PDEF
  30.   resource.

  32. • A few minor changes have been made to the OzTeX User Guide; if you already
  33.   have version 1.41 then it isn't worth printing off a new copy.
